Refund Policy
We hope you love your Hart pieces, but if you're not fully satisfied, we offer refunds within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

- Unworn and unused

- In their original packaging

- In the same condition as received

Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- An additional return shipping fee will apply

Exchange Policy
Need a different size or want to swap for another item? No problem — exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

- In perfect, unworn condition

- Packaged as originally received

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship the replacement as soon as possible (based on availability).

Please note:

- An additional shipping fee will be charged for exchanges

• Customers are responsible for all shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
